Meetings & Events
The OSGi Users’ Forum DC Metro holds face to face meetings at locations in the DC Metro area every 3 or 4 months throughout the year. The objectives of the meetings are to:
Cost: The meetings are free to attend for registered members. For details on how to become a member please see How to Join.
Meeting Registration: Prior registration for meetings is essential as space is strictly limited at the venues. Details of how to register for a meeting can be found with the meeting description in the Meeting & Events Calendar. Places will be allocated on order of registration, so please make sure you sign up early.
Registration Cancellations: We recognize that people’s schedules can change at short notice. Please to notify us if you are no longer able to attend a meeting you have registered for, even if it is on the day of the meeting.
Times & Locations: The meetings are normally held after business hours on a week day. Time and week day will be announced in advance. The location varies from meeting to meeting.
Post Meeting Socialising: Discussion and socializing is encouraged after the meeting at venue to be annouced at the meeting. Get to meet the presenters and your peers, share ideas, and exchange views over a pint or two.

Some meetings will include an ‘Open Floor’ section instead of a presenter to solicit member input, suggestions and feedback on important OSGi Topics.
Audience participation is encouraged, the more people get involved in the meetings the more we all benefit.
